Fan the flames of healing, my friends. Here are a few easy ways to begin, right now!

1. Micro meditations are the perfect way in, whether you're a newbie or a regular visitor to the inner light. This version of the four second meditation is so natural and one of my all-time faves.
Do it now: Inhale through your nose, then exhale with an open mouth, and linger at the bottom of the exhale, before you take the next breath. Notice what happens in that sweet space. Do it again. And again. This is a great tool, especially when you're right in the moment of dealing with frustration, anxiety, and uncertainty.

2. Move your body. Even just a few stretches can do wonders, not only for your physical form, but for your emotions and psyche. Explore right now, with a simple gesture, like Prana Mudra.
Layer your hands over your heart. As you inhale, spread your arms open and welcome the space, your life force, this moment. As you exhale, bring your hands back to your heart with kindness and gratitude.

3. Go outside. Take a walk down the block, to a park, or in a forest. Stroll a garden path, meander by a body of water. Get physical on a bike, a pair of skis, with a ball - add a friend! At the very least, open a window, even in inclement weather, for a shift of perspective. Fresh air is a gift.
